Welcome to nobyline. By using this site, you agree to the following terms. We've kept this short and in plain language on purpose.
What nobyline is
Nobyline is a space for anonymous writing and reader feedback. There are no accounts. When you publish a piece, you're assigned a random pen name for that piece only. We don't collect names, emails, or personal profiles.
Your content
You retain ownership of anything you write and publish here. By publishing on nobyline, you give us permission to display, store, and share your piece publicly on the site. You're responsible for what you write. Don't publish anything that isn't yours, or anything that violates someone else's rights.
Community guidelines
Nobyline is a space for honest, human expression. We welcome every voice, every story, every perspective. The only thing we ask is that we treat each other with respect. Writing meant to demean, harass, or target another person or group is not welcome here and will be removed.
Our right to moderate
We reserve the right to remove, hide, or edit any content at our discretion, including content that violates these terms or our community guidelines. We may also temporarily restrict access for anyone misusing the site.
No guarantees
Nobyline is provided as is. We don't guarantee the site will always be available, that content will be permanently stored, or that the site is free of errors. We aren't liable for any loss of content, including pieces, comments, or secret keys.
Secret keys
When you publish, you receive a secret key that allows you to add an addendum to your piece later. This key is shown to you once. We are not responsible for lost keys, and we cannot recover them on your behalf.
Limitation of liability
Nobyline and its creator are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the site, including but not limited to content posted by other users. Use of the site is at your own risk.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated terms.
